The Challenge
Transitioning from a solo identity to a scalable therapy brand required more than just a visual update; it required a digital home that could grow. The client needed to move away from a limited one-page landing site to a comprehensive platform capable of hosting resources, a growing blog, and future clinical supervisors.
The Solution
I spearheaded the end-to-end launch of The Other Voice, developing a calming, trustworthy brand identity and a robust multi-page Wix site. By integrating the Simple Practice API for seamless scheduling and optimizing the site for SEO, I created a professional extension of her practice that balances clinical authority with accessible, resource-heavy content.

Beyond the initial build, I empowered the client with a custom-tailored CMS workflow, training her to manage and publish original blog content independently. The architecture is specifically designed to scale as the business brings on additional therapists, ensuring the brand remains the "go-to" digital space for her clients and the wider clinical community.
Impact
Launched ahead of schedule, the new site provides a centralized hub for client intake, ethics disclosures, and free community resources. I continue to provide ongoing design and content support, maintaining the site’s performance and visual integrity as the practice evolves.
