Oversaw full-cycle project management for multiple new store builds and remodels in key urban markets, leading planning, vendor coordination, and installation supervision. Delivered high-impact retail environments through strategic signage placement, ADA-compliant wayfinding, and hands-on leadership from architectural planning through grand opening.

• Managed stores in Queens NY, NYC, Norfolk VA, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, and more.
• Transformed former big-box sites into flagship and small-format IKEA showrooms.
• Owned implementation of signage, customer journey guidance, and brand environment.
Implementing Phase:
Coordinated on-site work across teams, ensured stakeholder alignment, developed action plans for each remodel, and managed schedule, vendor logistics, and installation deadlines.
Completed flagship entryway featuring Scandinavian-themed signage and customer touchpoints.
Planning Phase:
Utilized architectural floor plans to devise placement strategies for the showroom, marketplace, self-serve warehouse, and support areas. Created custom numbering and braille packages for ADA compliance.
